“The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness.”

John MuirMountaineer, Father of the National Parks

SYNOPSIS

After big summer plans were cancelled due to start of COVID-19, independent filmmakers, Austin Hughes and Christian Colwell, take off for a 4 week adventure that spans across 8 states, 14 National Parks, 17 National Forests, and 3 National Monuments.

Packing all their camping, clothing, and film equipment in a small Chevy Volt, they embark into the wilderness. With no particular story in mind, they use this unexpected freedom to capture the beautiful landscapes they find themselves in, and find that without even trying, nature was telling her own story.
